How to Print Your Blouse Guru PDF Sewing Pattern (Step-by-Step Guide)

But before you print, it’s important to follow the correct steps. If your pattern is not printed correctly, the final fit might not be accurate. Even a small mistake in printing can affect your blouse or dress fitting.

Here is a simple guide to help you print your sewing pattern the right way:

1. 1. Start with the test square:
      On the first page of the file, you will see a 2×2 inch test box. This helps you check if the size is coming out correctly on paper.
   2. Print only the first page:
      Don’t print all the pages yet. First, print just the page with the test square.
   3. Use A4 size paper:
      All Blouse Guru patterns are made for A4 paper, which is standard for home printers in India and worldwide.
   4. Set printer to 100% or “Actual Size”:
      Make sure your printer setting is set to “Actual Size” or 100% and in landscape mode.
      Do not use “Fit to Page” or “Shrink to Fit” – these options will change the measurements.
   5. Measure the 2×2 inch square box:
      Take a scale or measuring tape and check if the square is exactly 2×2 inches. If yes, you’re ready to print the full sewing pattern.
   6. If it’s not 2×2 inches:
